Tagging Assistant

Responsible for accurately titling collectible assets and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with the standards. This includes handling vintage, modern, and TCG (Trading Card Game) items such as Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering cards. Key responsibilities include titling cards accurately and consistently according to company standards, conducting visual quality control checks to identify defects such as dust, stickers, or image issues, compiling and submitting detailed lists of items requiring re-imaging, collaborating with team members to meet daily intake and processing deadlines, and entering and verifying serial number information for assets as needed. Must maintain a 99% or higher accuracy rate in titling assigned assets, meet service level agreements (SLAs) for titling and submission of QC/re-image reports, and achieve established daily and weekly throughput goals. Qualifications include strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to follow strict guidelines and standards; experience with collectibles or trading cards (a plus); comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; and basic data entry skills and familiarity with using internal systems.
