Staff Platform Engineer

About the Role:

• You will serve as a hands-on technical leader designing, evolving, and governing enterprise platforms for complex multi-vendor systems.
• You will drive end-to-end observability, automated CI/CD pipelines, and compliance automation to reduce operational toil.
• You will act as a platform enablement authority, standardizing configurations and preventing architectural fragmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test suites using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Build synthetic applicant profile generators with Python and REST APIs to replace manual data setup.
• Construct CI/CD pipelines with quality gates and develop reusable platform patterns and CLI utilities.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience developing full-stack applications with TypeScript and Python.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting distributed multi-vendor systems in a FedRAMP environment.
