Responsibilities:
- Serve as Designated Broker of Record and provide oversight for licensed activities in Tennessee.
- Review monthly trust account reconciliations and supervise affiliated licensees.
- Ensure licensing, advertising, and records meet state requirements.
Qualifications:
- Active or reactivatable Tennessee Real Estate Broker License.
- Working knowledge of brokerage supervision and trust account requirements.
- Clean disciplinary record with Tennessee Division of Real Estate.
