Product Design Lead

Lead and mentor a team of two product designers, focusing on craft excellence and execution. Manage team performance, resource allocation, and project prioritization, supporting individual growth plans and career development for team members and fostering a collaborative, high-performance design culture. You will own the complete design experience of the product suite from concept to launch and lead end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. Build and maintain design processes in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Use quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to iterate on designs, identify optimal design methods and tools for team efficiency and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality output. Partner with engineering, product, business, and customer success teams to deliver user-centered solutions.
