As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and career growth. You will own the delivery of AI/ML engineering projects, ensuring high-quality, timely execution, and alignment with Clearer.io's product roadmap. Strategically manage and provide architectural consultation for data systems supporting AI/ML applications. Define team goals, KPIs, and success metrics specifically for AI/ML initiatives, aligning them with overall business objectives. Promote effective coordination and communication between the AI/ML team and other Product teams and other Engineering teams to ensure seamless AI integration into existing and future products. You will be a crucial bridge, translating strategic directives into actionable plans for the team and ensuring their well-being and growth.
