In this role, you are the architect of profitable growth, focusing on CAC payback and LTV/CAC. You’ll build the forecasting engine that tells us how aggressively we can pour fuel on the fire—then own the creative, channel mix, and experimentation that hit the numbers. Comfort in ambiguity, a bias for action, and a scientist’s obsession with causal lift tests are mandatory. This role reports to our SVP of Marketing and will have 1 direct report. Own Blended CAC while improving/maintaining LTV/CAC and a +15 % lift in trial → subscription conversion. Dynamic forecast model live, updating daily, rolling into the monthly P&L.
