Role Overview:

  • You will play a key role in designing and improving conversational experiences for digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of user journey mapping, service blueprints, and complex flow diagrams.
  • Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
