Responsibilities:
- Participating in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
- Reviewing and labeling conversation transcripts, evaluating AI responses for clarity, helpfulness, naturalness, and technical accuracy.
- Capturing session artifacts including recordings, Session IDs, and tool-call/console logs.
Qualifications:
- Strong spoken-language proficiency at C1/C2 level in German, verified through assessment.
- Technical literacy with JSON fluency: reading, validating, troubleshooting, and identifying structural/formatting issues.
- Ability to produce clear audio quality with no background noise and strong attention to detail.
Project Details:
- Work is expected to begin right away and continue for 2-3 months, with potential for additional work.
- Experts may work at any schedule of their choosing, for as long as tasks are available.
- Must pass a 15-minute computational concepts assessment (JSON, reasoning, language proficiency) which is not compensated.
