Job Description
A day to day consists of ensuring the system is running efficiently and that requests via ticketing systems are completed with SLAs. The engineer needs hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and managing tasks, enhancing the solution in production to exploit tool features. Responsibilities include gathering business and technical requirements, providing input to functional and technical designs, creating customer delivery documentation, working with project and engagement managers, identifying customer opportunities, sharing best practices, and providing technical support. Troubleshooting skills are essential.
