Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments. Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives. You will supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans, continuously evaluating client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). You will also help our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care, and communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines.
