Safety and Risk Control Consultant - HVAC

This client-facing role is responsible for assessing risks, developing safety programs, providing strategic loss control guidance to EPIC’s large and growing book of commercial and residential HVAC service businesses. The consultant will conduct on-site risk assessments and safety evaluations for HVAC service providers and should develop and implement loss control strategies to mitigate workplace hazards and reduce claims. They also deliver engaging safety training and presentations to clients and their employees, while analyzing loss trends and providing actionable recommendations for improved risk management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the HVAC industry specifically in a safety and risk control leadership role and should possess strong presentation skills and the ability to interface confidently with HVAC business leaders. Travel within the Midwest and nationally as needed for client meetings and site visits, about 30-50% of the time is needed.
