Performance Engineer (6 Month Remote Contract)

This role involves collaborating with multiple teams to review and document requirements, execute performance tests, and troubleshoot/resolve issues. You will design and execute different performance test strategies, analyze results, and establish mathematical models for application performance metrics. You'll also grow and evolve performance tooling and testing processes to ensure tests are customer-like and representative of real-world scenarios. A key part is identifying bottlenecks, measuring potential bottlenecks, and communicating test results to relevant teams. Developing unique performance testing tools and supporting engineering teams are also essential.
