The CRM Marketing Automation Technical Consultant is part of the Experience and Commerce consulting team, which is currently expanding, providing consulting services and delivering mandates. The role involves supporting and leading projects that leverage various Martech platforms across multiple business verticals, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. The focus is on translating business requirements into actionable solutions and ensuring the successful activation of Martech tools. The role requires the ability to connect marketing strategies with technological implementation, involving direct interaction with clients to help them maximize the value of their Martech investments and support the delivery of innovative customer experiences. The consultant will offer high-level consulting services, execute mandates focused on customer engagement, and spearhead project discovery sessions to delve into business requirements and map customer journeys. Furthermore, the consultant will develop processes to guide clients in utilizing the ecosystem effectively, collaborate with solution architects, track metrics to gauge project ROI, and engage in sales pitches to spot growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
