Senior Manager, Data & Analytics

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at Zayzoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for helping to build strong data foundations that support the next level of scale and generating insights for the business to make proactive decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities include moving ZayZoon from its legacy best-effort data systems to a modern data technology stack, introducing and maturing governance, documentation, and quality in data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure development. This role also involves overseeing data operations, growing centralized analytical capabilities, collaborating with Ops and Engineering teams, managing vendor selection, and fostering the growth of team members through coaching and mentorship.
