Job Description

This temporary position reports to the Digital Communications Manager. The role involves setting up texting campaign workflows and metrics, ensuring compliance, and measuring the effectiveness of digital efforts. It also includes developing, coordinating, and executing targeted digital communications to all Alliance audiences. The specialist will work with internal stakeholders and vendors, perform testing, analyze results, and make recommendations for improvement. They will leverage the Alliance’s CRM platform to enhance communication and marketing efforts.
