Job Description
As a Product Manager on the SME team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to empower Lower Mid-Market (LMM) businesses. This individual contributor position focuses on partnering with the Director and SME leadership in crafting the product strategy while owning the ideation, research, and creation of enabling capabilities to unlock usage and spend for our customers, and ultimately bringing them to market, globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance tools that drive business growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Support the Director and stakeholders in shaping product strategy by providing insights and contributing to decision-making processes.
Own ideation, research, and the development of enabling capabilities that drive increased usage by End Users and revenue for our Distribution Partner Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, design, marketing, and legal, to deliver innovative and user-friendly products.
Manage relationships with third-party providers/technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and value to the platform.
Support go-to-market initiatives, including market research, product positioning, and launch planning.
Leverage data-driven insights to guide product development and enhance customer experience.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
