Responsibilities:
- Build validation frameworks and test automation for microgrid control software, including simulation and HIL environments.
- Define test cases and performance criteria with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and readiness.
- Maintain validation assets, troubleshoot test equipment, and support root-cause investigations.
Qualifications:
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in HIL validation, SIL testing, or power system model verification.
- Hands-on experience with real-time simulators, simulation tools like Simulink, and embedded programming languages.
Total Rewards:
- Total compensation of $118,750 - $137,500 including base salary and bonus.
