Job Description
You’ll help shape the future of healthcare by producing authentic, high-performing creative for Ro’s paid social channels. This role is hands-on and dynamic; you’ll capture, edit, and design engaging video and UGC-style content that feels native to TikTok, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll be both a storyteller and creator, comfortable with everything from man-on-the-street interviews to impromptu podcast-style clips, to jumping on emerging social trends.
The right candidate thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, pairing strong design sensibility with a scrappy, social-first mindset. We’re looking for someone who’s ready to help build our brand in ways that empower people to make proactive, informed decisions about their health, and who believes that great content, whether polished or lo-fi, can make clinically sound health info more accessible to all.
