Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview:

• You will own the definition, delivery, and continuous improvement of commercial analytics.
• You will act as a thought partner to RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured requirements and executive-ready reporting.
• You will build Power BI dashboards and write advanced SQL on Databricks.
• You will champion LLM tools like Microsoft Copilot and Claude across the revenue organization.

Candidate Profile:

• You bring 8+ years in business analysis, analytics, or BI within a SaaS environment.
• You have exceptional communication skills for C-suite presentations and frontline enablement.
• You have advanced SQL, Power BI, and Databricks experience and actively use LLM tools.
