Director, Investor Relations

The Director, Investor Relations serves as a key liaison between the company, its investors, and the broader financial community. This role is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s investor relations strategy, ensuring consistent, transparent, and compelling communication of the company’s financial performance, strategy, and market positioning. Working closely with the executive team, finance, legal, and communications functions, this individual will lead investor engagement initiatives, manage earnings communications, and provide insights to senior leadership based on shareholder feedback and market trends. Essential Functions include leading the planning and execution of the quarterly earnings process. Act as a primary point of contact for investors and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on investor sentiment.
