As an Advisory Research Analyst focused on the Solana ecosystem, you'll publish deep-dive research and investment memos for consumption by institutional capital allocators. You need to have a pulse on the Solana ecosystem day-in and day-out, while understanding its onchain economy relative to the wider industry.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of crypto projects across various sectors. Produce comprehensive project reports and risk assessments that provide a holistic understanding of each project and its potential risks. Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize trends from multiple data sources, including internal data and public blockchain information. Engage with project teams and industry professionals to gather relevant insights. Maintain strong attention to detail when assessing market developments and projects.
