What You'll Do:
- Lead document negotiations and engage with developer/sponsor clients and investor partners.
- Prepare investment opportunities for Investment Committee approval, highlighting risks and mitigants.
- Collaborate with Legal, Tax, and Risk teams to ensure compliance.
What You Bring:
- 6-8 years of experience in renewable energy or structured finance with tax equity experience.
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of IRS requirements.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
