The Principal, Investment Management is a senior member of Crux’s Investments team, reporting directly to the Head of Investments. This is an execution-focused role requiring strong transaction leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex renewable energy financings. The Principal will take ownership of live transactions and will be leading document negotiations and engaging directly with both developer/sponsor clients and investor partners.

This role involves incident handling, risk management, and operational tasks related to listed tokens. Responsibilities include identifying root causes of incidents, assessing impact, conducting reviews of token performance, identifying risks, and driving initiatives to improve risk detection and mitigation. The role also involves onboarding new listings and liaising with parties to facilitate operational requests.
