Job Description

Shape and execute strategies that deepen customer relationships and foster long-term loyalty. Craft personalized journeys and innovative rewards programs using data. The role involves designing customer journeys and multi-step nurture programs based on behavioral and transactional data. It includes leading the development, launch, and ongoing management of a customer loyalty program to reward repeat engagement and build long-term brand affinity. Partner with analytics to define customer segments and create strategies for onboarding, retention, win-back, and upsell. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and multivariate testing. The role also involves overseeing CRM platform optimization and integrations and collaborating with Product, Creative, Data, and Customer Experience teams. Develop lifecycle KPIs and report on performance to senior leadership. Manage and mentor a team of lifecycle marketers.
