Senior Research Engineer/Scientist

About the Role:

• Lead research and engineering across the full lifecycle of large language model development for enterprise use cases.
• Continuously improve custom enterprise models by incorporating novel techniques and optimizing training efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use AI/ML expertise to solve real-world challenges and develop scalable methods.
• Research, propose, implement, train, and evaluate models end to end.
• Build and maintain training pipelines and evaluation harnesses.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, and distributed training frameworks.
• Experience with synthetic data generation and data curation at scale.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with transformer architectures.
