VP, Data Science / Machine learning and Generative AI

This role reshapes Tripadvisor's strategy to unleash unprecedented innovation and deliver truly transformative experiences for travelers and partners. As such, a visionary Vice President is needed to spearhead the ML and AI strategy, deliver tangible business value and innovation across the organization. You will build, mentor, and inspire a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, ethical AI development, and continuous delivery. Key Responsibilities include designing impactful AI strategies aligned with business goals, managing high-impact opportunities, and mentoring data science and AI teams. Measure the success of AI initiatives, oversee project lifecycles, and collaborate with senior leaders to translate business needs into AI solutions. You will also need to champion advanced AI and MLOps, lead the implementation of cutting-edge ML techniques, and stay ahead of industry trends. Provide strategic recommendations and lead adoption where beneficial.
