Job Description
The Middle Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders once a trade is fixed, ensuring all trade details are accurately captured and communicated across relevant teams. They will also coordinate logistics, documentation, and compliance activities to ensure successful execution. Maintaining strong working relationships with clients and service providers to facilitate smooth post-deal processes is required, as well as troubleshooting operational or contractual issues and driving resolution to avoid delays or disputes. The candidate will ensure all trades adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations; oversee the preparation, review, and timely exchange of trade documentation; and work closely with logistics, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely delivery, payment, and settlement.
