Job Description
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and architecture of hyperautomation solutions that enhance cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. Work closely with clients to enable the successful adoption of Torq and seek opportunities for expansion. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to customers, partners, and internal teams around SOC, automation, and case management best practices. You will integrate third-party technology partners to accomplish customer use cases and evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance solution offerings. Requires 5 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a focus on automation and cybersecurity. Experience working with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a significant plus.
