Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the design system together with the product team to improve overall UI/UX.
- Build and ship features across the React / TypeScript / Tailwind frontend.
- Own your work and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience shipping frontend production code and designing for the web.
- A portfolio showing product sense and design taste.
- Based in Germany with the right to work here.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary from €65,000 to €100,000 with 0.5-1% equity.
