• Lead technical engagements and own integration outcomes for wireless E-Stop and remote-control products into automation platforms.
• Operate as a player-coach, leading complex integrations while developing the team and modeling technical excellence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate field insights into roadmap improvements and product direction.

• Design, develop, and refine motion and navigation planning algorithms for challenging real-world scenarios.
