- We're looking for Moderators to join our External Quality Assurance team on a flexible worker contract for the T Level Technical Qualification in Health (Occupational Specialism supporting Midwifery).
- As a Moderator, you'll ensure centres assess learners fairly, accurately and consistently by reviewing centre-marked work and applying quality assurance principles.
How you'll make an impact:
- Conduct moderation activities in line with awarding organisation and regulatory requirements.
- Review centre marking to ensure assessment decisions are accurate, consistent and meet required standards.
- Produce clear, accurate and timely moderation reports within agreed service level agreements.
We'd love to hear from you if you offer the following:
- A relevant qualification at Level 3 or above in midwifery or a closely related subject area, with current or recent occupational experience in the midwifery sector.
- Experience of teaching, assessing, internal quality assuring and/or moderating vocational or academic qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of assessment and quality assurance processes, with excellent written communication and organisational skills.
