- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the asset protection program with a keen focus on shrink awareness, physical security, external/internal theft & fraud, and safety in assigned areas.
- Responsible for ensuring physical security protocols and standards are installed and being executed by store teams during new store openings, remodel, and relocation of existing locations within assigned area(s).
- Subject Matter Expert for the handling and management of critical incidents to mitigate employee/customer impact, brand damage, and business continuity in the event of a disaster.
