Job Description
Backend Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable, robust backend services for voice and chat AI applications. Lead migration from PHP/HTTP to a real-time backend framework, unlocking new capabilities for AI products. Integrate 3rd party APIs such as Twilio, WhatsApp, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI.
Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain multi-agent orchestration frameworks for AI-powered conversations. Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust monitoring, logging, and operational support. Write clear documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team.
Technical skills: Proven skills in building real-time APIs and familiarity with async programming Strong experience with modern backend frameworks and AI/ML frameworks. Hands-on experience working with LLMs and knowledge of MCP,familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
