Manager, Patient Recruitment

The Manager, Patient Recruitment at Profound Research oversees day-to-day patient engagement operations, ensuring effective execution of patient recruitment strategies for clinical trials. This role manages the recruiter team that is responsible for pre-screening, screen scheduling, and additional community engagement efforts. By maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards and fostering collaboration across sites. Responsibilities include managing daily recruitment operations, training staff, and implementing and improving patient pre-screening and scheduling processes. They will track recruitment metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with stakeholders to support feasibility assessments. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent clinical training with clinical research experience and proven team management in a clinical research or patient recruitment setting as well as a commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
