About the Role:
- Shape technical direction as a founding engineer on the Intelligence team.
- Ship first versions of intelligence capabilities into customer hands.
- Build foundations for data, evaluation, and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design and ship ML systems for governance and security like anomaly detection.
- Build data pipelines, model serving, and evaluation harnesses.
- Set technical direction, own architecture, and help recruit.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years applied ML expertise shipping production systems.
- 4+ years backend/infrastructure engineering experience.
- Experience with LLM-based systems in production and agent ecosystems.
