Talent Acquisition Lead

Looking for a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our remote-friendly team and take ownership of our recruitment process, helping us attract top talent globally. As a Talent Acquisition Lead , you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and pipeline building to candidate screening and interview coordination. You will work closely with the Head of People & Culture and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key Responsibilities include owning and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles, and providing an exceptional candidate experience with clear and timely communication.
