TURN REDDIT INTO A GROWTH CHANNEL:

• Own the strategy, execution, and results for Reddit end-to-end.
• Set ambitious weekly and monthly growth goals and run experiments to achieve them.
• Track what drives reach, engagement, community growth, traffic, and signups.

BUILD A COMMUNITY PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO JOIN:

• Create recurring formats, challenges, showcases, discussions, AMAs, and competitions.
• Find ways to get users sharing their work organically and turn contributions into moments worth sharing.
• Identify and support highly active members to become long-term advocates.

EXPERIMENT CONSTANTLY:

• Generate ideas independently and launch experiments quickly.
• Measure results and turn winning experiments into repeatable systems.
• Kill experiments that don't work and double down on what does.
