- Set ambitious growth goals and iterate rapidly based on data.
What You'll Own:
- Build and grow the main account plus presence across AI and creator circles.
- Create recurring formats, challenges, and community programs that drive engagement.
- Track metrics and kill experiments that don't work while scaling winners.
Who We're Looking For:
- Someone who deeply understands X culture and can write in a natural, non-corporate voice.
- Highly experimental, comfortable with failure, and able to move from idea to execution quickly.
- Experience in community growth, social media, or organic acquisition channels.
