Analytical Engineer I

This role is a key contributor in building the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the organization. Positioned at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, this role plays an important part in maintaining governed datasets, scalable semantic layers, and analytical infrastructure that enable accurate reporting, forecasting, and advanced modeling throughout the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to deliver reliable data solutions. How you'll add value: Assist in implementing analytical data models and datasets within the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, dbt, etc.) under senior guidance Learn to build basic transformations using modern ELT practices to support reporting and dashboard requirements Support data quality initiatives by performing validation checks and identifying data inconsistencies Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and contribute to data solution implementation Learn business intelligence tools and assist in maintaining existing dashboards and reports Document data processes and transformations as part of learning and knowledge retention Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and training sessions to develop technical and domain expertise Complete assigned tasks and projects while building proficiency in data analytics best practices Shadow senior team members on stakeholder interactions to learn business context and communication skills
