Engineering Manager

Data is at the core of Axios’ strategy. Our teams ensure that the data powering our journalism, products, and AI initiatives is clean, reliable, and actionable. As Engineering Manager you will be directly supporting individual engineers through 1:1s, coaching, and feedback, helping cross-functional teams work productively, with effective prioritization and resourcing. Partnering with product managers and analysts to integrate data into products that help Axios grow audiences and improve user experiences, helping to hire and onboard a diverse team of data engineers, and actively fostering an inclusive environment.
