Analyze and support the implementation of total rewards programs, with a primary focus on driving employee benefits offerings. Monitor and evaluate benefits program effectiveness through data analysis, benchmarking, and vendor reporting. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive the annual benefits cycle, including open enrollment and vendor communications.

The Senior Markets Reporter will play a critical role in leading one of Axios’s largest and most-read newsletters. The role comes with a range of responsibilities, including: Serving as lead reporter, writer and producer of the daily Markets newsletter. Writing insightful copy that helps a diverse audience of professional readers understand trends and future developments across stock, bond, currency, commodity and other financial markets.
