Site Reliability Engineer

As the Site Reliability Engineer, you will own and manage Nametag’s production cloud infrastructure, our continuous delivery infrastructure, and observability efforts. Working across the stack, you’ll collaborate with teams to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of performance and security while supporting our mission to provide trusted identity solutions. Key responsibilities include infrastructure management, comprehensive observability, deployment strategy and service design, developer enablement, and technical leadership across the stack. The responsibilities include managing infrastructure-as-code, observability initiatives across the full product stack, designing scalable deployment processes, fostering a supportive culture of continuous integration and deployment, and act as a reliability advocate for all Nametag products.
