Data Manager II

AbbVie Data Science is responsible for bringing people, process, and technology together to generate business value from clinical trials data. This role is key to ensuring successful delivery of data and statistical sciences. Responsibilities include using understanding of clinical trial concepts and cross-functional protocol requirements to execute assigned study assignments, engaging with members of the DSS and cross-functional study teams, and effectively utilizing available technology. Responsibilities extend to developing/utilizing data standards, creating study execution documentation, executing data management plans,triaging issues, performing data review and reconciliation, and querying clinical sites as necessary. The role involves leading process improvement efforts, mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to regulations, and staying abreast of evolving local regulations. It also includes utilizing operational data and analytical tools to optimize execution and identify key areas of risk.
