Job Description
The Trust Engagement team is a globally distributed group of Security and Risk professionals committed to building and enhancing customer trust in both our Cloud and On-Premise Products. In this role, you will represent Atlassian to Strategic & Enterprise customers, managing trust-related questions and concerns across customer acquisition, migration, and long-term retention. You will also be the Voice of the Customer, identifying blockers and friction points to influence Security, Product, and Engineering strategies.
You will also be responsible for the following: Support legal teams in negotiating security and compliance terms & exhibits for customer agreements; Develop and drive customer-facing Trust collateral, including materials, presentations, and white papers; Provide education and training to internal teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Legal) on security, compliance, and privacy topics; Mentor the team through technical leadership, fostering knowledge-sharing and growth.
