Senior Data Loss Prevention Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex and sensitive data loss investigations from initial alert through documentation and closure, including cases involving potential insider risk.
• Design, build, test, and tune DLP policies and detection rules in Microsoft Purview, balancing detection coverage against false positive volume.
• Develop and maintain Splunk searches, correlation logic, dashboards, and reports to support DLP investigations and program metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or related field with 6 years experience; or Master's with 5 years; or PhD with 0 years.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP and Splunk, including writing SPL searches and building dashboards.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a proven track record of working complex cases independently.

Additional Information:

• Compensation range: USD 96500 - USD 183500 per year, based on geographic location and other factors.
