Job Description
The SEO Channel Lead role involves strategy, client relations, and team collaboration.
- Oversee strategy on client accounts, aligning the internal team.
- Measure the efficacy of strategy using business metrics.
- Communicate findings to client stakeholders, including c-level executives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathy and transparency.
- Understand client goals and challenges to exceed expectations.
- Lead renewals and upsells for non-Client Engagement clients.
Team Leadership:
- Coach team members and adapt priorities based on hour trends.
- Partner with Project Management to understand resourcing and skill needs.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies and share learnings.
