Associate Project Manager

Manage the deployments of Transact’s Cloud POS solution. Manage the deployments of additional solutions as training and demand allows. Develop familiarity with Transact’s campus payment solutions. Develop familiarity with credit card onboarding requirements of third-party vendors. Meeting established department goals related to target completion dates, customer satisfaction, deployment throughput and more. Manage the coordination of implementation consultant resources related to onsite and remote deployments. Develop an understanding of the key functionality and requirements of Cloud POS. Develop and manage client-facing project plans and call notes as required. Develop and manage client-facing milestones to align with key dates. Manage project timelines, resource trackers and systematic dates to ensure timely completion of deployments.
