CCOF is expanding our Farm Certification team! We are seeking a Farm Certification Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide bilingual (English/Spanish) technical services to certified Farm operations and new applicants. As a Farm Certification Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the organic integrity of products in the marketplace.
Responsibilities include reviewing inspection reports and mid-year updates, making compliance decisions, providing customer service, and maintaining accurate client database records. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, exceptional critical thinking skills, and strong computer skills. A B.A. or B.S. degree in environmental science, agriculture, or a related field OR at least 3 years of experience in an applicable field gained through work or volunteer positions is required.
