Mission:
- Enhance team capacity to deliver assigned stories by end of sprint.
- Develop features with novel technical designs incorporating AI.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and AI tool guidance.
Day-to-Day:
- Ensure team understands acceptance criteria and track daily progress.
- Limit QA kickback and deliver stories as assigned.
- Find opportunities to increase capacity and velocity.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years experience in relevant tech including React, .NET, C#, TypeScript.
- Expertise in building REST APIs and working with SQL Server.
- Experience collaborating with clients during sprint planning.
