Job Description
Full-time GTM Automation Engineer is responsible for architecting, automating, and optimizing outbound growth systems. This role requires Clay automation expertise, light engineering, outbound infrastructure, experimentation, and copywriting. The candidate will own the outbound automation machine, including Clay workflows, email infrastructure, and deliverability. The candidate will also perform experiments and optimization, copywriting and messaging, data and engineering tasks.
You will scale outbound volume, improve rates, reduce cost, build funnel, ensure deliverability, and automate manual steps.
